Do something about what? RBG refused to resign, and she was a judge, not a member of the Democratic establishment. Nobody had any control of her so that's on her head. Exactly what did you expect Obama to do during his terms that would have prevented right-wing judges from doing this later? No bill he passed would have made a difference because "Unconsitutional" rulings override all legislation.
Plus, even RBG is just one judge and they won that case 6-3.
Perfect example of Both Sides. One white supremacist party took it away (only race based Affirmative action), the other white supremacist party did nothing to stop it.

Democrats protected Affirmative action for 58 years. An extreme right-wing Supreme Court finally took it away against strong Democratic objections and Democrats carried the legal case to protect it.....but what, specifically, would you have wanted the Democrats to do more than they did?

Their plan has been open and obvious. The three oldest judges right now are all Republican-appointed. Vote for Democratic presidents/senators until at least 2 of those 3 judges are gone. Then a 5-4 liberal majority could reverse this.

I mean the numbers did say they were from M.I.T themselves. The > 100% thing I don’t know, maybe ask M.I.T themselves to explain it.
Main thing is Asians knew what they were doing when they pushed so hard for it. They basically knew they had top grades from the top schools, so if they make it merit-based they’ll take more admission spots.
Her stats don't match what is mentioned in the Bloomberg article. Her grok response is not even getting the stated data in the article correct.
Yet what she posted says a drop of 10% down to 5% which would mean the original percentage would be 15 percent.
I can't see the whole bloomberg article because of a pay wall but the above was from the visible beginning of the article.

At this point those details are just the forest for the trees I’m afraid.
MIT is a little more complicated but Harvard and Columbia have changed their admittance question to help identify race so they can keep their Black numbers up.
Have the DNC speakers/potential cabinet said anything specifically about restoring DEI/Affirmative Action to elevate black people and solidify gains the same way they talk about abortion rights?
Or is that still a bad word because we don't want to do anything that implies the most vulnerable race in the US other than Native Americans will receive a hand up?
