You got dudes like Chris Rock, Chappelle, Eddie Griffith and tons of new guys like Hannibal Burress, Michael Che, etc.

And there is very good black comedians. Top tier black comedians are way better then top tier white comedians. Just because someone is talking about overused topics doesn't mean they can't bring a fresh POV.
