Conservative policies, as a whole, social and economic, hurt Black people.

Liberal policies help everyone but blacks.

Its not a contentious debate either. Environmental and housing regulation? Helps AAs. Increasing education spending? Helps AAs. Free college? Helps AAs. Medicare/Medicaid expansion? Helps AAs. Prison reform? Helps AAs. Women's healthcare protections? Helps AAs.

And there are multiple Congresspeople, mostly Black, that have continued to push it.
