Seriously I don't see the problem here.
Based on the outcome of other high profile cases, that's a textbook case of resisting arrest, and great situation where lethal force should have been applied. The suspect in this case is a very large, powerful, and drunk man who just savagely beat another civilian and refused to comply with law enforcement orders.
The offender gave the officer every reason to fear for his safety because the offender was making violent movements to escape arrest including pushing the officer away when the officer tried to wrestle him to the ground. The tasers and baton/whip also had no effect so at any point he could have grabbed the officers weapon or assault another civilian if the third officer did not arrive to the scene in time.
The offender received waaaaaay too many passes.
