I googled that and all I see is lightskin people in church hats.
Looks like some real Black snobbery experiment shyt. Like if your child name named Jaquan they'd call him John or some shyt.

It aint as exclusive as it used to be because post 1970s more blacks moved into the upward middle class than before.

Back in the day if you weren't high yellow and come from like 2-3 generations of money you wouldn't stand a chance in those orgs.

Anything that does Paper bag testing and separates our people in general aka copying the rules set by racist whites ain’t the way and makes the foundation of it all faulty.

For us to rise we can’t be copying massa racist views or else we become their proxy to suppress our people.

I was in it but I'm not interested in putting my daughter in it. Definitely not what it's made out to be- (not the area where I was). I didn't get much of anything out of it- elitist snobbery, basically to keep so called influential and black societal types connected. My mother was on that wave- "keeping up with appearances", for lack of a better phrase. That didn't fit in with my mentality. Better off finding a local organization in your city or town, for young black girls/teens focused on community efforts, nurturing, guidance and bonding rather than assimilation into a set type of mentality.

The bolded had my jaw dropping.. In the groups inception, they actually wanted the children to date, marry then have kids.. Like a royal blood line..

From the book i read, it seemed like they were easing up on the membership requirements. But during the 40s and 50s that shyt was leaning towards racism towards their own kind.

lol its the same c00n mentality mofos took to Liberia, and that you see Immigrant c00ns use now.

Mofos think they are excluded from white supremacy due to their status. Much of these people have inspiring stories and they often sell you with the "first black person to".... steeze but then you snap to reality and see all of it is empty symbolism.

Andrew Young in his book was saying Beta Chapter at Howard (Alpha Phi Alpha) was so selective that Jesus Christ couldn't cross.
