Why ring the doorbell at a random house late at night and ask for directions?

Just go to a gas station, or a Walgreens
Certain areas the addresses are confusing as fukk. I've been all up in peoples backyard at like 2am because of how retarded the addresses are. Google map doesn't even help you. Walgreens or a gas station ain't gonna do shyt for you.

And??

Don't do Doordash if you are bad with directions. And replace your current headlights with strong high beam headlights
Keep thinking someone is owed to answer their doorbell at the middle of the night if you want to :manny:

That's kinda irrelevant bruh. He was doing DoorDash. This advice doesn't help him at that point. It's not about being bad with directions. You're in the sticks, the GPS is very ass, it's dark, and it's nothing but woods around you. I did DoorDash for a little bit years ago, and when it sent me out in the boonies, I said never again. Only did deliveries by the cities/major suburbs. For someone that's struggling and relying on DoorDash, you can't be not delivering nikkas food. You will get kicked off the app but, regardless all of this is MOOT. You can't shoot somebody in the back after they left for knocking on your door :manny:

No breh

Some areas are actually poorly designed and there's nothing your headlights or directional knowledge can do about it especially in rural neighborhoods, a road can turn into someone's driveway without you even realizing it, GPS isn't as accurate in those spots, shyt might drop a pin in the middle of the road, now everyone in that area who's awake and can see you are spooked as fukk

(This cac was a piece of shyt though.)

You gotta just avoid making those types of runs at night where shyt like this can happen, fukk taking that kind of risk for a few extra dollars

1. ANNNNNND a mothafukka can see the address is 4156 but after circling twice only saw 4154 and 4157. If the dude is lost, it does not hurt to ask. Unless a silly mothafukka with a gun opens the door.

2. Wife of man charged with shooting delivery driver is indicted, DA says

Police allege John Reilly III, 48, opened fire on an unarmed DoorDash driver whose phone battery died and approached the couple's home while trying make a delivery May 2 in the town's Valerie Drive neighborhood.

The man lived in Middletown but likely didn't know the outskirts of Chester. With no phone, as he could be delivering with an old car he can't connect to, he was lost.

3. The man could have said via camera to please leave the property. He could have said nothing. Nowhere does that give him the right to have someone walk off, decide to fire one in the ground, and two at the man as he is leaving.

I'm not sure what kinda nut ass thinking you are using here, but the man was not in the wrong for trying to get some help.

Are you retarded?! How you bad with directions when you are following a GPS. Sometimes that shyt just stops in the middle of the road where there ain't no houses and you have to figure that shyt out on your own because the dumbasses aren't answering their phone.
I delivered some Omaha steaks to a house where the front porch ain't got no steps and even if it did the porch was literally collapsed in so good luck making it to the door. The front part of the roof was collapsed in. Grass was high as hell. 1995 HumVee in the back with all it's tires flat like it been there for 10 years along side 3 other cars that looked like they ain't move since the 80s. Then you got a million stray cats all over the place. Then when you look inside from the back door to check for any signs of life you see large sections of the floor collapsed in but you see furniture and books and other things inside indicating someone lives there but the house is the only one on the entire street that looks the way it does confusing you further.

It is relevant. People who use GPS as their 2nd brain usually are the ones that are bad with directions. GPS is only a guide
So Doordash forces you to only deliver to rural areas at 2am? I call BS. I know a couple friends that do Uber/Lyft and Doordash on the side. When it turns past 2am, post up near a downtown area and deliver there

Ringing on someone's doorbell in the middle of the night asking for directions is straight up madness. If that dude had been a serial killer who used food as a prop to rob and kill an innocent family, you would have been in this thread on some "Oh man, that's terrible. If I was him, I wouldn't have even open the door. RIP". Stop the BS

After 1-2 poor experiences, I never took those orders in the boonies. The one I had, had me driving through 10 miles of wilderness.

I didn't realize how dark and creepy the rural countryside was at night. That's why they tipped good bc they know nikkas not doing it otherwise.

If you black, and doing those delivery apps, stay your ass around civilization,

I got a lil sympathy for dude. I definitely knocked on the wrong door before doing delivery.

If the cac was crazy, boom, I would've been on the news. The cac was cool though, you know, like a normal person should be.
