Believe it or not Baltimore metro area namely randallstown, possibly owings mills would be on the list if not for PG communities dominating it.

folks aren't understanding that MD has a high amount of HBCUS in one area. Many black people who are from Maryland went to UMES,Morgan,Coppin,Bowie,Howard- not even to count other places like DSU or Hampton, or black people from out state attend college and never leave.

We THE GOAT state for Black Excellence breh and PG County (my County ) is the main one leading the pack outchea But S/O to Mo County, Charles County, Baltimore County, and AA County for their contributions to making this State a dope ass place for Black folks. I wonder why they separated Mitchellville and Lake Arbor, they are essentially the same places. Driver's license doesn't say "Lake Arbor", MD - they list the city as Mitchellville, MD. Mitchellville and Woodmore are where most of the athletes (redskins, wizards) black politicians and black "elite" live who run in the government circles.

yeah not sure if its an pg thing but people tend to ask if you went to flowers,duval or bowie- when you live in these areas

"Excellence" is determined by the extent of your dependence on being employed by someone else? Really? Not the ability to feed yourself, defend yourself, involvement in local (self) governance, cost of living standards, and a host of other basics? This is the lie that we're running with?

Depends on the car though. (i will give those fools that). My brother gave me his car, when he moved to the DMV, still has NY plates. I have a different state on my car. And I have a NY driver's license.
But I know that makes the VA police even more suspect.
They always hit me with the ""Especially those bored ass confused county p.d. boys...
on some investigative discovery, like they're working to crack the biggest case of their career; (I guess No. VA has a lot of MS-13 presence or whatever).

The towns listed in PG county are adjacent to DC, or within a few miles of the DC border- like 15-20 mins out, no traffic . Atlanta doesn't have any majority black suburbs outside of the city limits?

I seriously doubt it.... if there are some, it would be considered the hood... and that’s by design.... there are some extremely nice neighborhoods in Gwinnett, Roswell and other places that may be knocking on 35 to 40 percent max...... I could be wrong.... and I’m sure a Georgia nikka on here can make it plain..... the only spot within the city that has a decent concentration of nikkas that’s really getting it legally is probably Buckhead

This is true, but poverty rates in the DC area are lower as well and educational attainment rates are the highest

Facts. having a college degree (bachelor's) is not considered "competitive" in this area. Most people vying for the higher end private sector or govt jobs/policy positions have a graduate level or substantial work experience. It's hard to get in, but once you're in, then "you're in". Even the "low income" areas are not what we would consider to be destitute or like living in the projects.
