black men are slightly promoted over black women in tv and movies, that's what makes them feel salty. black women don't really understand the dynamic. whites will promote black men on tv and movies and such, which leaves black women feeling salty. and to counter this imbalance, whites will hire black women over black men, to give them an economic boost.

so we're left with nikkas being salty cus we have all these strong and indepedent bytches running around, talking about their jobs and education. and the women are mad cus they believe black males have an easier time settling down with other races.

How to get a more accurate measure? First, instead of comparing annual wages, start by comparing average weekly wages. By this measure, women earn 81 percent of what men earn, although it varies widely by race. African-American women, for example, earn 94 percent of what African-American men earn in a typical week. Deep down inside, I think some of them feel inadequate.They know, in an ideal world, all things being fair & equal/ no such thing as the crutch of white privilege, it would be hard for them to compete with black men.They already see us as swagged out/sexual gods......Just imagine if we had power equal to white privilege to go with it

How many black men are looking for jobs? How many black men are in jail? How many black men have criminal records preventing them from getting jobs? As a black male once I get a degree I statistically am more likely to get a higher wage than my female counterpart. The thing is the black community is so messed up right now that a lot of black males will mess up before they get the opportunity to get a job. Black women are hired more because they earn often the bread earning in the household, they HAVE to work.
