What would you say is the difference between the omegas, alphas, and kappas from your point of view. Not really based on stereotype, but from a mission standpoint and the way they work.
:whoa:if you don't cross as a Q yo fam might dis own you j/k. But I've seen my fam trip when my cuz pledged Delta and they all AKA

Breh ima tell u straight up, everything is gon depend on wat area U in and wat type of people are in the chapter

If I were U I would do research on who’s in each orgs grad chapter in the area and also see wat events, philanthropy etc. they do. Wit grad chapter fr it’s grown men so all that stereotype 1 org as this etc etc goes out the window

and to answer your question bout the stigma, it’s usually not really about grad/undergrad, it’s usually paper vs made which I think mainly only younger bros care about.

Best advice is to jus do your research on the chapters in your area and decide from there

Im 29. I'm set, not looking for a job. Just new organizations to commit to and get involved in.

Like I said, I got friends, I got a social life, I had fun in college too. But I'd like to be surrounded by more older black men and give back more to local communities :yeshrug:

Especially as I advance in life into my 30s, and I've moved around a few times. Havin somewhere to plug in always is important
Go to events put on by the chapters in your area of all the orgs, see who you vibe with, see what other programming they have - what are their community programs, what type of committees they have, time commitment. When you find the best fit or the one doing things you care about, join that.

the “differences” between the orgs from a 1000 ft level are mainly based of stereotypes from undergrad. At the grad level, you just need to see who you fit in with, if they’re doing things you’d care to be working on and maybe see whose members are the type of network you want.

I don’t know the qualifications for 100 black men, but that could be a non Greek org for you to look into if you’re really about the networking aspect

I’m a Que. Came in through a grad chapter. I can’t speak for other frats but there’s not really a stigma or separation for people that come in through grad as opposed to undergrad. I mean yeah, someone might have something to say every now and then but by and large if you know what you know and carry yourself accordingly, Bruhz recognize Bruhz and it’s all good.

lol Ques different breh :lolbron:

How are u Black and dont know the persona of each Black Frat:dwillhuh:

Because a lot of us don't GAF about that shyt and depending on where you live you won't see a Black frat at all. As a Californian, it seems like that's more of a southern tradition.

I do know the persona of each. I just said that three times, I'm not talking about the steotypes or image. I got friends who pledged, most of the basic stereotypes lead them to choose.

Each chapter/line is different and each university was different too. I just meant from the standpoint of what they stand for post-college. I could ask the homies, but then they'd each give me a run down of why they are the best lol

You really need to invest the time and attend the chapter events.

Black frats just remind me how racist this country is. CAC frat members are set for life and have good jobs lined up before they graduate. Even if black frats had wealth they couldn't do that due to white supremacy black people cant get other black people jobs in corporate America:francis:
