Not this again
Not this againThread is something else.
Google chick seems like she’s conflating race with socioeconomic status. Upper middle class culture = whiteness to her and obviously to many posters in this thread.
Actually it is. The person pushing this agenda is saying the candidates hired aren’t “black enough”That is not what this is about.
which I’m still not even sure what that means. Read belowThe media tries to sway black people and ease any criticism by pushing their black candidate to the front. To be like see we hire black people out company is diverse. But then if you research the black person their a republican
This is definitely prevalent in liberal circles where they have to pretend to like people other than white.
This got posted in a group I’m in. I wanted to reply but didn’t want my name attached to my thoughts.
But I agree. About 2/3 of the black people in these companies be so corny, they truly do try to hire black folks who make them comfortable, this also includes hiring gay black men. 3 of the 6.5 black men at my company are gay, and the black dude we just interviewed was a flaming fruitcake. But at least there are some black dudes, there in only one other black chick and she’s the office manager in NY...,smh

The brother or sister in job is still facing discrimination, injustices and prejudicial views regardless of their background. Just because they don’t meet her definition of “black” it’s a problem.
Well we definitely know what a c00n is...changing how you talk and carry yourself to fit in with whites is always something worth poking into. This is such a corny take...folks too old for this.
Good on the journalist not poking into what she thinks a "blacker" Black person is.
How many "stereotypical blacks" do y'all know getting these advanced degrees though?
Let's be serious here![]()
At you
at the 30 people who liked your post, y'all always expose yourselves.I doubt any of these fools juelzing are really Black.CACS juelzing in here but we all know what she means and it doesn't have anything to do with black people being a monolith![]()
Diddy, Jay and Dr Dre collectively could have started the Black Google equivalent or something years ago but instead chose to pop bottles and stunt on poor people

People wanna juelz around this point but it’s the truth. I see this every day in my line of work.
You hate to see it. I’m getting to the age now where I gotta call a spade a spade. If you c00ning you c00ning.
People know exactly what the writer is referring to in this article but will skirt around the point she’s trying to make.
It's obvious who has worked in a corporate environment and who hasn't. Or you're one of the people she's talking about and don't want to admit it.
