People over here still triyng to make this a black man vs black woman thing when its really costs and opportunities. TBH more HBCU should do trade programs too that would bring alot of black men to the table that don't want to go to school.

Cause they see everything thru the lens of "it's really these black women why we can't evolve progress"

similar to how back in the day it was usually a general sweep of "it's hood nikkas dragging us down..."

Just unserious people with an axe to grind, but gotta rely on some second hand figure to speak for them, instead of say it with their chest.

And these talking heads, whether they male centric or female centric, whether they are more grounded or sensationalists, muddy the waters.

Cause of their own unresolved issues with the opposite sex and pathology

Our young people deserve much better.

i can remember all the major colleges getting major advertisements on tv and in the newspapers but nothing on trade schools at all i think if you didnt have hook ups ins specific trades it was hard to get in certain fields like you wanted. but now everything has changed

They existed. But you wouldn't see them if you had a job or went to school.

As a kid growing up in the Atlanta metro, i would only see the trade school ads when i was sick from school because they aired from 10am -1pm. That was the same time block as the price is right, Maury, and Days of our lives.
