I am The Wrench in all your plans....
Maybe you went to a better school than I did. I graduated from an alternative high school for drop outs.
But growing up in the shadow of Howard being on the campus several times I never even thought of going to any school after high school ( shyt I almost dropped out) I never even heard of any other HBCU's
not one person told me shyt about trade school. I know I called the Union to try to get into an apprenticeship a couple of times couldn’t get through so I said fukk it.
Unless you got fam in the trades you’re not getting pointed in that direction all the people I knew who were Plumbers where shade tree handymen crackheads so I didn’t even think that welders made money like that.
i can remember all the major colleges getting major advertisements on tv and in the newspapers but nothing on trade schools at all
i think if you didnt have hook ups ins specific trades it was hard to get in certain fields like you wanted. but now everything has changed
it is what it is... we need plumbers and electricians and mechanics too...
ok i can agree with that...
