The reason why you sell your app is tech is highly volatile. His company could be worthless in another 2 years very easily. You wanna play that game, cool. But often its better to take the $1 billion. Then you can move on to other ventures. It's readily apparent that some of yall havent a single bone in your body for entrepreneurship. AT ALL.
