You don’t need hackers per se- you need people with access to databases and IT resources, people that are willing to go underground and share information with the ground level; then you need people within that circle for formulation. The information is out there - thing is most people are trying to survive day to day off limited necessities day to day. People have to be willing to maintain a low profile, go off the grid at times and do so without compromising their daily interactions. Also funding. It’s one thing to conduct the information gathering but people having a willingness to extract and execute the plan are few and far between.We need hackers to be able to get personal information.

Without the support of powerful people we lack the resources to hit back. However, a lot of cops names are exposed immediately and that's when they need to be touched immediately
Talk and outrage don’t do shyt - it accomplishes nothing. Theyre using force and the common response is praying/handholding, same names, no focus, same results. Like a circus parade of the congressional clowns, cowards and contrarian mouthpieces on display. Another sound byte, another 200 page comment section, another jury trial- nothing will change without actionable and legal consequences.
