Depends. If breh just bought a property, 70k ain't shyt. If he already has a property for past 10 years+, or a good rental unit and his whip paid off, and budget his money 70k is fine, even with kids. I wouldn't be surprised if he makes money on the side though.

.Not to mention there are literal millionaires who are miserable 24/7 and there are countless stories of them and celebs committing suicide, and there will always be someone that makes more than the next person so to try and make money = happiness is one of the worst thing a person can do.
As long as you are content and have enough for basic necessities without having to cut things out Ex. if you have to eat ramen for a month to pay your bills then yes I would try to get a higher paying job, then otherwise you shouldn't be judged for it.
