I don't even agree with the premise of this thread but...

Some of y'all get mad at a thread like this being made but where do y'all be at when (presumably Black) posters are in threads with much worse misery-ish whining comments...with their whole “I'm Black and I'm worthless yadda yadda” shtick?

Where are some you at to check them? Huh?

I forgot a lot of you too busy dapping em and shyt. Smh.

A lot of these posters don't even know what a community is. In my personal experience, people who grew up in housing developments isolate themselves because of their environment. And it shows when they move into a decent community. If you speak to them while walking by they'll give you a blank stare or mean mug you. Community don't mean you're depending on anyone, it just means you communicate.

Breh....smh you misinterpreted what i am saying. I am not discrediting this community at all. By any means. Hence why I said ALLIES. Meaning folks on this accord and various places such as the place my wife works for, the non profit organization that hired me as a intern to help out low income families with their taxes, and various forms of organization around the world.

The problem is that "community" has a weird negative perception which can be confusing, especially with what I am saying.

The post is not to have a pity party or discredit folks. I'm just going by the ones that say that they are all for folks (the shelter I was living in), but treated black families and etc like they are in the way (the shelter I was living in).

Sorry that the post came out left field, because.....it was not my intentions. I was talking about groups that claimed to care about black folks, but don't do shyt but hide the issues at hand.

Oh. Well in that case I apologize. The people your talking about, people who claim to be for the people but really aren't, are the ones who got me riled up. I consider @The Hon. Stringer Bell to be one of those. But yes I'm sorry genuinely.

Honestly black people need to stop thinking about shyt on the whole collective. You can't save nikkaz that don't want to see the vision. It's time for black men to seperate themselves from the one's that don't value life. Network with the ones that are on the same pages as you and keep it pushin.

No prob breh. Trust, if you seen me and my wife's track record, you would understand the stance of the post. Its getting to the point, where my family and I want to create a non profit for families in dire need of resources and etc, because the shyt we went through while being homeless was crazy gross (especially from groups that claimed to be all for the community). It may not be soon, but one day I want to fix this issue that's constantly swept under the rug.
