And like I just said put black male teachers in those roles so they can show the kids how to play the game correctly and or put up the fight to get the curriculum changed.

Women havnt even fought to make these drastic changes youve mentioned. They can push but they don't push enough. Probably because the people they're pushing against have designated them to a specific role and don't want their input. It's time for the bruhs to step in. The ladies have helped us survive but now it's time to rise.

Who do you think has brought our children this far? Who do you think spends hours and hours ensuring Black children know their history and care about the future of Black peoples? I’ll answer: Black WOMEN and MEN!

But I’m not about the gender baiting. fukk all that. I’m about Black men and women uniting for our people. So I’m gonna ask what I’ve been saying to everyone in my REAL life: What are you going to do (besides complaining online) to take Black people to the next level?

The issue (at least for me) was the amount of prep/planning/facilitating =/= the pay. Also, kids today are too sensitive. I’m a man, I’ll tell you about yourself quick and kids today (especially in NYC) are quick to give up. I will say I enjoyed my time and would do it again (it rewarding) however, it would have to be the right situation.

Women are not teachers im sorry. After 1st grade I don't think they have much to offer a developing child outside of emotional support in the absence of.

They can't command respect from boys like that. They put the fear of God in no one. Boys are not relating to these female teachers. And? The female teachers have let these trannies come on the classroom and read to kids.

Women go along with the program and don't push back at all. It's time for real men to be the educators. Women can only take you so far.

People gotta put pressure on their city council. Teachers need to be paid more and municipal govt will put the pressure on state govt for more funding. The state of schools in many cities is unacceptable and the amount of money teachers make needs to be increased. They're directly responsible for educating potential leaders in the community.

I feel you but Black men are the holy grail of urban and progressive school districts. They are highly sought after. So much so that once they get in the classroom within a few years they are tapped into leadership and taken out of the classroom

Elementary - 1
Junior High - 3
High School - 1
Stints in College - 0

And only 2 Black men out the whole group
