You can give a person no stars for how they make you feel and the passenger will be able to refute it based on why you gave the person a zero rating.

Basically, nobody will be banned from ride sharing because they are wearing a MAGA hat.

uber pool is trash now since they got rid of express (which made you walk), now you have a short walk to/from pickup and dropoff in pool. this is ok depending on where i'm going, but there are times i'm leaving from places that i aint trying to walk through (tenderloin in SF), it's lyft shared all day for shared rides now

it's right there if you click the hamburger icon in uber, lyft doesn't reveal your rating

yea, but then it usually ends up costing more than lyft shared, so i just roll with lyft for shared rides now

TBH, I don't even use Uber anymore unless I have to. I'm Lyfting it when I need a ride...

i used to be lyft all the time, drivers said the company treated them better and they used to be cheaper. but recently, drivers have had beef with lyft and both companies have raised prices due to their IPO's, so now i don't have a preference, whoever is cheaper and/or closer wins

I honestly have no idea what my Uber/Lyft score is.....

I was buying from Ebay and I saw ratings on me...I was like "WTF" because I dont sell anything on Ebay. Never have. But when I saw the ratings and comments..they 5 stars and said excellent buyer...prompt buyer...fast payment. Those descriptions.....I didnt even know sellers even cared about that....lol.
