This was an okay season.

If i can rank the episodes it would be:

1. Joan is Awful (Great premise and little TOO on the nose on where technology is going..)

2. Beyond The Sea (Just off the ending. Why he do Jesse like that )

3. Mazey Day (The last 15 min the shyt went completely left which had me like )

4. Demon 79 (Good premise and it was filled with Easter eggs from previous seasons. Ending was predictable IMO…but it was cool )

5. Loch Henry (A lot of y’all like this episode and i feel I’m the only one who is blah on it. Had to re-watch the episode like 3X cause I kept passing out. But it was alright..)

Other than that…this was by far their “weakest” season for their standards. But I can understand why the showrunner was dragging his feet for the series cause reality is getting a little too fukked up and that could weigh on ya tough..

Watching EP3 now, a half hour into this episode kinda mid so far

Joan is awful had good promise but fizzled out. I enjoyed the other episodes... was high watching mazey day i was like

I dislike that actress in everything I’ve seen her in. You can tell she’s annoying in real life and her actual personality in just shining through. One of those weird biracial actresses like Amandla, zoe kravitz, the girl from the flash, etc.

my lady made a comment sayin she forgot we were watching black mirror on some of the episodes and she was spot on…

series strayed so far from its original premise…fukk do we need supernatural stories with demons and werewolves when advancing tech has more than enough horror to pull from…

that’s what’s made the first 4 seasons great…the implications from a lot of that tech was enough to be like at the thought of it happening in reality…

Brooker wrote all the episodes too so it makes me think he’s trying to pivot to horror…that’s cool, but create another series for it…

I’m the beyond the sea episode … their families / homes / communites weren’t real right ?

Their reality was them working in space …

Their families and homes were real.. But the dudes reality was working in space and using a replica of themselves to tap in their consciousness… Kinda like a fax machine..

Exactly and they have enough horror/thriller themed anthology shows so why turn black mirror into another one?
