It's sad too. I actually like the two whites(Thicke and Adele) over anything else in Hip Hop or R&B. It might be fair to say the two best singers in the game right now are Adele and Robin Thicke. It's a shame because one of our most talented artist in Chris Brown is regressing. Trey who really has good talent is just making sex songs and songs about bytches and drinks

The difference is R&B hasn't ever suck. Ever. It sucks right now. That's scary. Even in the 2000's, you seen it going down because of talent and a lack of budget. Our talent wasn't selling and we haven't produced that cross-over star in ages that has great singing talent. Right now, it's just Adele.

The good thing about music is you can always listen to older shyt. But yeah, mainstream music has been trash for a minute. That's one thing I do like about the age we're in right now in the fact that maybe we can get these corporations out of music and let shyt get back to more indy labels and not having to worry about getting your shyt on the radio so bad that you gotta compromise your shyt. Mainstream R&B and esp hip hop have been going down the drain ever since corporations started getting involved. A musical revolution is coming....
