Spidey is stronger but definitely not faster (Its canon that BP is the fastest non speedster written by Stan Lee who created both characters)

It's because of his vibranium suit I believe

Dude is damn near bulletproof/invincible when he's in that suit but still on Batman levels without it

So I'm going with BP... Especially against rookie Spider-Man.

If Spider-Man couldn't fade him in the Symbiote suit then I doubt he could without it

The only way spidey beats BP is if he sucker punches him at full strength.

BP is Dr. Doom level at his high. His defeat roster includes the whole FF and silver surfer.

HE HAS A GOD DAMN INFINITY GEM THAT ALONE MAKES HIM MORE POWERFUL THAN HALF OF THE MARVEL UNIVERSE.
