Hiphop fans can act different ways in different places though. I mean Jeezy is touring his first album with an orchestra.. Should he let everybody come in wearing snowman tees and bandanas? The venues definitely wouldn’t allow that. Those folks absolutely could’ve acted like they had sense at that mans restaurant. Be the same folks complaining because there’s more chain restaurants than locally black owned restaurants smh.
yeah, he should..

If he wants to outgrow his audience, that's his prerogative, but its not a wise business decision. and its not their fault he switched up on them.

No different than when cac rappers suddenly want to do country go full maga, and get surprised at all the vitriol they receive from their former base they used to get where they were,, them people in the tuxedos aren't the reason you are here. Its the people you trying to kick out of your shyt that got you there.

Its called selling out. Not something to be respected to begin with. and if selling out backfires, its not something to feel sorry for.

Jeezy should have made a restaurant for his audience. instead of trying to do some fancy upscale places that rap fans arent welcome at.
Earned all that money from the hood and tried to run to white folks in secret.
If he got rich off classical music he wouldn't have had a problem

You can be a rap fan and know how to behave in public. That’s what I hate about the perception around rapper’s business ventures. It shouldn’t have to always have a “hood” gimmick to be authentic.
Jeezy having a fancy upscale restaurant is dope as hell to me.

the average person in america’s first anime is DB and it evolves into other things. There’s nun wrong with that.

The problem was nikkas who were deep into anime forgot to brush their teeth, get haircuts and wash they ass, and instead of getting bullied for that, they say it was bc of anime.

No it doesn't. The average person watches DB and it stops at that. :russ:At best you a casual that don't know nothing. Folks get to asking you questions and you humming and hawing.

How you gone tell a multi millionaire what's not good for business? :picard::mjlol: Jay Z, 50 cent, and Snoop are 3 good examples of dudes who outgrew their audience.

Snow man Ts and Bandanas ain't good for business. Wealthy people don't frequent those establishments.

To me it sounds like he trying to be a sell out. i've been to plenty of places where the restaurant has a club atmosphere and they make plenty of money.
He just don't want certain types of people in his establishment. Selling food doesn't mean you get to teach people how to behave.

Jeezy made something that he wanted that was different from his fan base, aka The Culture.

But once "The Culture" gets its hands on something, they will show up and take over.

Low key, it's funny that anyone going to RDC is igging off of Black Greeks, cause the main reason RDC is popular is because they mashed up "The Culture" and with Anime/Manga.

Cats mad at Skee Wee and what not, but had no problems with

Well he’s touring his album and he’s going to be at The Belk Theatre at Blumenthal(my Charlotte bruhs know) Now i say they could dress like they want if he’s performing at the Filmore or some shyt. This concert is a black tie affair. I bet you will not be permitted there with a snowman tee on

Yep, exactly, his fans aren't welcome. textbook definition of selling out.

As a ni99a, I can confirm that ni99as will co-opt and ruin your shi if you don't gatekeep.

Anyone who has created any movement, event, etc., can also confirm. If you have more than one big booty girl in your event here come the 🥷.

If your cac, pop music club that doesn't play rap music, has at least 3 big booty white girls...here come the ninjas. At first we're going obey the dress code begrudgingly, but we're going keep pushing the boundaries. And we're going bring our thuggery and eventually get your cac club shut down.

Breh, that’s not “selling out”. It seems like you’re implying that Jeezy fans are incapable of having the etiquette to sit and have a nice and quiet meal at a fancy restaurant.
The average Jeezy fan is like 40+ years old, so I know they’ve been to a fancy spot before. They know how to act.
