Black people in the south don't drink coffee as much as white people. I'm trying to be politically correct. If I had to put a ratio on it I would say 1:3 for whites 1:5 for blacks. But its all circumstantial so

In DC, there are no Starbucks in Black neighborhoods. I think many folks feel like Shaq does. Not that Black folks don't drink coffee, but that they don't drink Starbucks.

We tend to invest in a lot of expensive white shyt, so I can see this bein' no different. But my experience is that Black folks see expensive food differently than clothes, shoes, cars, etc.

Who's to say that a Starbucks would be dead in the middle of the hood? It could be on the outskirts, between the hood and downtown. Then again in my city, across town there's a Dunkin Donut dead in the middle of the hood. A school, old folks & disable home, and a hospital is all with in distance from it.
