How much would one need to open a small pizza parlor ? Aint nikkas 6 certin around this hoe??

Anybody who has a good job / career would be stupid to transition to opening a restaurant.

It’s the highest upkeep / smallest margin business you can find, that’s the reason most of them fail.

Most restaurants are opened by people either very passionate about food, or someone with fukk you money who doesn’t care if it doesn’t make money.

Buddies of mine own a pizza shop/have worked in them for nearly 20 years. The cost/profit margins for pizza are pretty large if your business is good. Keeping trustworthy staff seems to be the biggest issue. Having a bad location is also lethal. But agree it'd be dope to see more black owned pizza shops.

Yeah. It is definitely a tough business to turn a profit. Better get a liquor license and some slot machines up in there:pachaha:
