Alotta criminals say a murder charge is the easiest to beat. The more i study law n cases I’m starting to see why.

Nobody that’s ever been charged with one will say it’s the easiest by any stretch. Especially when you gotta fight it for 2-3yrs when most charges don’t even have sentences that long.
