This is what happens when we have what should be closed door conversations in public.

Giving everyone our internal thoughts and feelings only helps them execute better plans to manipulate us.

So many cacs and immigrants were trying to chime in. It's disgusting. You can acknowledge it and move on.

"My great-grandparents were Irish, we were oppressed too"

I hear them say this all the time in my city.:russ:

They don’t mention that they could change names, lose the accent, and blend in because they were still white.

Black people have never been able to do that, unless biracial, and extremely white passing like Meghan Markle, and Wentworth Miller. Even Pete Wentz has a biracial mom. When he doesn’t straighten his hair, you can tell.

.........Then every sunday for hundreds of years black folks been code switching when they dress up for church and be around their own people...
-Not to take away from everything else you said but Black people definitely do code switch for church & to be around their own people. Makes it twice as exhausting when you're being attacked for being "too Black" with other people & "not Black enough" with your own.

Above the fray.
Whatever your profession is,,you have colleagues from the same ethnic/racial or regional background that you discuss industry matters with.

Speaking to white co-workers and colleagues about work isn't much different. Maybe a few references here and there.
