Pretty much…. nikkas been listening and laughing at black comedians making jokes in regards to colorism for a century, but now all of a sudden, it’s not comedy or conditioning, it’s flat or hate speech, even though the person is black…. He was an educator and earned a PhD with that tweet, but he had an opinion that angered a certain part of the internet and that was all she wrote….

Post doesn't make any sense, comedians have always done TONS of shyt that would be out of line in real life and would get a professional hemmed up. You think folk gonna be out there doing Andrew Dice Clay routines or dropping Jimmy Carr holocaust jokes IRL without consequences? Comedians do all sorts of sexist, racist, and other offensive shyt, does that mean all people can do it where they want now?

My post is in regards to the fake outrage…… if you can laugh at jokes about colorism, then it is unprincipled to believe someone should be fired for jokes about colorism……. Laughing in one instance but outraged in the other one? Corporate offices don’t deal in principalities, only potential legalities and financial losses…However, I didn’t see the tweet about black women scattering like roaches…. He was out of pocket for that….. getting 86’d behind that one is a helluva lot more warranted

There are a host blue check black female professors and academics who are making active anti-black male posts in real time and nothing is happening to them.

The same ones calling this man out aren't out aren't going hunting for those women's tweets or trying to get them fired.

There is a clear double standard.

On that basis no he should not be fired.
