can't let these cacs and other races have a monopoly on advanced training. it's imperative we maintain a presence in the military just like in government.

The way he's antagonizing the private? I get respect, but cac looked like he was looking for a fight. I've never been in the military, I wasn't eligible to enlist because of the need for medication. Just trying to gain an understanding.
No as a former TRADOC 1SG I would of took him off for more retraining. This was just too much all of the way around. Threatening is not considered disciplinary training for a minor infraction. Problem is this is a perception thing as I had peers who would allow this and some who wouldn’t. Regulatory guidance leaves a lot of gray area on some things. honestly as long as you don’t physically assault someone, violate equal opportunity and sharp and don’t violate your organization’s standards you are generally good to go.
now if this was a permanent party Soldier I wouldn’t say much. But this is a Trainee. It’s a line you don’t cross and he crossed it.

yea trainees are conducted in accordance to TRADOC regulations. I also wouldn’t have this Viking looking fool in my formation but the army said it’s cool so it is what it is.

by the book naw, hell naw. you never demean nobody like that. another NCO should stepped in the moment it looked like it was going south. conduct unbecoming of a non commissioned officer . I'm assuming he a NCO because he seem to be in close interaction on the officer side of the house that shyt is a no no when dealing with subordinates, easiest way to lose ya job

We got thousands of us already in the branch or served their time. They could be teaching black civilians the advanced training. We dont have to go through a cacs military to learn that shyt anymore. We are well capable of teaching our own.can't let these cacs and other races have a monopoly on advanced training. it's imperative we maintain a presence in the military just like in government.
