I remember being in public schools back in the 90's and seeing how difficult it was for teachers, I can't imagine what its like in 2023 with every kid having a cell phones.
Yes.Throwing desks at the teacher is COMMON??
Kids wildin like that in school?
You're a Canadian and an idiot, what do you think you know about the American public school system? Please Stop with the casual conspiracies. My god....
It’s not casual nor is it unfounded. The dept of Ed has GUTTED spending to fix problems and done absolutely nothing to fix teacher pay disparity adjusted for COL. When there are no teachers left and public school systems fail, public dollars will feed private and privately run charter schools which will kick off class warfare on a scale we’ve never seen before.Another example to add to the Parenting is the problem bracket. Schools can't fix your children if you have not raised them right. It's not on society. Sending them out hoping and praying they come back better. School is not magic.

The system working as planned, got you blaming the victims. That's not why kids are in school not ready to learn. You are invalidating that teachers experiences to talk about the system. Go down that road if you want to waste time. If you want to save the future address the most pertinent issue. Learning is not the focus or priority. Poor kids with poor resources would still be literate if they tried. No excuses. It's 2023.It’s not casual nor is it unfounded. Poor kids will get poor charter school educations, rich kids will get fully privatized education with higher teacher salaries and better success & college acceptance rates, all funded by property taxes (at least here in Texas).
