As for your initial question, that's the dichotomy I was mentioning in the my first paragraph in my prior post. I completely see the need to address this contemporary Mr. Bojangles act, and while I'm mostly a "live and let live" kinda guy, I have really low tolerance for skinnin' n' grinnin'. I was watching a documentary on HBCU's and it had alot of those old black and white photos from the early 1900's. One of the points it made was that in most of those old photos the men weren't smiling, because they were serious and were about serious business back then.
