Lol I had one driver like that..blasting rap music with the superbass then proceeded to take a call from his mom, curse her out on speakphone and then explained his problems to me with his mom and baby mama .

Imagine what drivers hear from their riders. It's that 10x a day :mjlol: I'm always surprised how personal riders get with me. Women really start telling their life story like I asked them :unimpressed:

For me it’s West African, especially Nigerian, drivers, dudes see my name and want to have a conversation the entire ride.

Driver: *sees my name* Where are you from?! :krs:
Me: NYC but parents are Nigerian :beli:
Driver: How often do you go home? :leostare:
Me: *god please don’t do this to me*:beli:
Driver: *continues to talk and ask questions for duration of ride*
Me: :unimpressed:

This is a real thing. A lot of 'em just get waaaaayy too comfortable around "our people" and think nothing of it. I had a black female Uber driver - whose car already smelled like loud, but I figured it was from previous passengers - straight up code-switch as soon as I got in the car, change the radio/XM station from easy listening or whatever the fukk to some trap shyt and proceed to hit the bowl at various traffic lights.

A couple months later I had a Nigerian driver who thought it was 100% normal to discuss his numerous sexcapades with Black American women (from normal chicks to strippers, whatever) while also complaining about the "stuck up prude bytch" wife he had at home.

This is what many S. Africans complained about concerning Nigerians during their recent clashes.
You cant go to a foreign land and brag about fukking the women :mjlol:

Atlanta Uber drivers are different. One of them immediately told me he dropped off some strippers that tried to get him to go home with them (whatever nikka) and how they were shaking their asses in the backseat... I’m a woman and he felt comfortable doing that. nikkas asking me if I need a weed connect while I’m down there.

I can't stand that shyt either.

Listen I have no problems with the music however I prefer rides with music played lowly in the background, not all that loud scratchy (result of having cheap lousy speakers) sounding shyt blasting in somebody's ears.

Some nikkas need to realize being a good driver isn't just about knowing how to drive because there's levels to this shyt beyond all that.

I’ve only had one experience where I almost gave someone 4 stars. I was in New Orleans and ordered an Uber to the Superdome. Driver pulled up and you can hear the bass bumping. Hopped in and he turned up the music. I think it was Moneybag Yo or something similar. I thought it was unprofessional to play explicit music while you have a customer in the car. I didn’t really care since it was only a 10 minute drive. The worst part was that it smelled like he just got done smoking weed when he got the call to pick me up. Sure enough he had a blunt posted on his ear. When I was going to rate him 4 stars, it asked for a reason why. I didn’t have time to type a review while walking so I just gave a lower tip and gave 5 stars since he was a good driver. I just didn’t want to smell like weed going into the arena.
