A big factor here is that it doesn't appear that she takes care of herself. Very dry and bumpy skin. Her neck is very dark (diabetes OR lack of exfoliation) and her hair has no shape up.

She doesn't appear to have any grooming and that knocks off many points.

She has beautiful skin and pretty eyes. IMO the bigger issue is that she gives me dude vibes...and I think a big reason is due to the hair not being lined up. Women who rock that hair need to have their shyt lined up, maybe get it tapered on the sides/back. She looks like some dude who hoops all day and doesn't go to the barber enough.

Maybe throw on some makeup too. Maybe get a cute winter/fall jacket that fits better than the windbreaker she has on. The foundations for being cute are clearly there...just gotta make some changes and try new things.

Lets just put it this way: I wouldn't be shocked if gay and bi women were hollering at her assuming she's a stud.

Her whole vibe appears to be low effort. If she wants to appeal to a wide range of men, she's gotta work on her angles, invest in some better skin care options and grow the fro out or get braids or dreads. I'd only concede that she's ugly or below average if I saw a pic of her at what is supposed to be her best(e.g. a formal event) looking sloppy.
