Their numbers continue to grow while climbing the work latter and becoming bigger players financially. Black population is stagnant, we have no community, and most of us ain’t financially there yet. Soon these politicians won’t even act like they care about us cause our vote won’t matter compared to the growing Latino vote.

Yup!!! I was a 4th year plumbing apprentice here in the DMV(DC, Maryland, Virginia) in 2011 but had to quit because of health issues.. Latins were just brick layers, dry wall and concrete pourers for the most part.. A lot has changed in that short amount of time smh.

Net worth is also dwindling as a whole and inflation is eating into gains that could be going into savings. Higher income is good if debt is low and cash flows are used to create wealth. That doesn’t seem to be happening on a broad scale for anyone lately but especially Black Americans. Mainly because we already start behind.

Jews are only 2% of the American population but dominate many industries.

Black Americans have several advantages

1. Without respect to race, Black Americans are the second-largest ethnic group in the United States after German Americans
2. Most Black people in the US are of the same ethnic group ( Black people with immigrant lineage are a small percentage of the black population)
3. Black Americans are one of the most influential ethnic groups in the world. We just need to convert that influence into soft power
4. The Hispanic group is a hodgepodge group made up of many different ethnicities. If we can use divide-and-conquer strategies to sow discord and encourage infighting, we have some breathing room to make some moves
5. Most white people are against Hispanic immigration. If we can ally with them ONLY on this specific issue and not lose sight of white people being our enemies, we can make some more moves.


Disadvantages
1. Many black Americans have to address our self hate which manifests in many different ways: c00ning, excessive ntra- community violence and kumbaya to our own detriment.
2. Black men focusing on bullshyt and only entertaining and not the real industries
3. Getting black people to understand "Only permanent interests, not permanent friends" and that we have to compete as a group.

The way I’m speaking is from a business standpoint.

I really do manage restaurants in real life. Burger Kings, Popeyes, a few coffee shops.

I noticed from my experience(s) dealing with franchises operated by black people, there’s always a lack of seriousness from the management all the way down to the fry cooks.

Whereas when I deal with other groups, they’re on top of things.

A lot of us seem to think that just starting businesses is the solution, not realizing that you still have to run the business.

The sad reality is we don’t seem to have a sense of urgency when it comes to the important things, like politics and business.

We always wait until the final quarter, when shyt is about to get real, to actually get serious and usually that’s when we make progress.

But then the issue is we get comfortable again and go back to sleep until we’re right back where we started.

nikkas will get comfortable with these Hispanics while they silently start strategizing to get us up out the paint and then act surprised like there wasn’t any type of forewarning.
