How is that not racism? That is clear cut racism. Not choosing someone for a job because of their race is racism. The act of denying them the position because of race is sabotage in and of itself. No need for elaborate schemes.

Even the Hispanic dude didn't deny it was racist. He straight up says "so what".

And again blaming her for her own situation and criticizing racism are not mutually exclusive.

They’re not hiring this chick because she’s black… they’re not hiring her because they don’t know her, she doesn’t rock with their culture, and they might even consider her low class (pounds of makeup is kinda red flag at any job).
