And none of those people are men biologically. They are women who are playing dress up to the extreme where they modify their body.
I understand the gender construct of “man” vs “woman” and I also get how people don’t want to be defined by purely their biological sex traits.
But for biological, medical, and reproductive consistency, there needs to be boundaries.

It's always black women who are the biggest cheerleaders for this shyt. The whole gender reassignment therapy shyt is loosely regulated so it allows big pharma to make a ton of money off of this. They're the ones lobbying democrats to put this issue in the forefront even though most regular people don't care.
When I say loosely regulated I mean there's no real standardization. You'll have a 16 year boy who comes in all depressed because his parents are getting divorced, and the psychiatrist would manipulate the vulnerable patient into thinking they should be a girl. Then make the false diagnosis of gender dysmorphia and get him on the hormone pills. Alot of the people getting a sex change aren't suffering from gender dysmorphia. They're just depressed for another reason.
By the way this is collusion of multiple entities as you have the psychiatrists (who make the gender dysmorphia diagnosis), the plastic surgeon (who performs the gender reassignment surgery), and the pharmaceutical companies (who sell the hormone pills)
