We all have our points and axes to grind, but at the same time, looking for bill Simms to speak on issues, is like boycotting the NFL to get kap a possible 2nd/3rd string spot, did it really make a difference. What were we looking for a referendum on racist, misappropriate punishments by the NFL, and wether the owners care to pick up kap.

I'm not looking for him to ride for me, nor any of his support, bill makes some good points sports wise here and there, other than that I leave it alone

The tweet posted is an example of how I feel people place high expectations on these media personalities to stick up and become heroes for a cause. I see it all the time on here. "I thought this person was down because he had said this before but now he's not because he didn't say anything about this". I understand the response when a media pundit says something egregious but when the response comes when someone didn't say anything at all about something and people want to crucify that person for it, then its like come on do we gotta live in an environment where we prosecute anyone who doesn't meet our expectations on an idea?
