this nikkas last year in the MLB had 28 HR yet nikka can't find a team that could use that? :wtf: he was 30th in HRs and 1000 other cacs and spics got jobs over him :wow:

Plus he led the league in walks. I stopped watching baseball because of the way they treated Bonds who put the sport on his back at the time

Mentally unstable. He had all the talent and athleticism to be a star, but he's so fukked up no team will give him a shot. I mean this nikka put up 50 one game for the Kings....no reason he should be out of the league right now.

KG leaving Minny was the worst thing that could've happened to Rashad.

Um, when did he score 50 points again?

You must mean Kevin Martin's 50 point game.

He still got blackballed though after this
McCants says he took sham classes at UNC

Other than him, I'd say Abdul-Rauf, Hodges and :to:

the ether
So I was having a conversation with my homeboy and I was telling him that A cat named J.R. Rider was blackballed from the league a few years ago along with Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf (Chris Jackson) and that the latest players are A.I. who is the most popular and Latrell Sprewell.

So with that being said are there any other athletes that you can think of who have been blackballed? or am I just wrong and these guy's weren't black balled.

I know about Riders cell phone incident. Remember if a dude caught a case where he was locked up 2-3 years that's not a blackball.

You got receipts for Rider getting blackballed? Most of the arrests and shyt and the cell phone incident happened WHILE teams were still giving him chances. That shyt was all still going on in the mid-1990s, and the Blazers, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Denver, all tried to make it work anyway after that shyt.

I saw him a lot on the Blazers, and while his talent was pretty, it started feeling pretty worthless to have him on your team. Blazers traded him to Atlanta even though he was the leading scorer on the team, and the team looked MUCH better with a lesser talent, Steve Smith, in that place. Lakers had him during the regular season in 2001 and didn't even keep him for the playoff roster. Five different teams gave him minutes, but none of them wanted to keep him. It ain't just the off-court stuff, it's that he's such an iso-heavy player and not a particularly good decision maker, so it's hard to make him jell with the rest of your team.

I absolutely agree.

Athletes need to be smart, professional and politically correct or they could find themselves unemployed. For athletes who want to "go against the grain" they should just remember there is a price to pay.
But then y'all the first to cry when they c00n it up or don't do shyt for Black folks. Sooner or later, we gotta realize that supporting this sport isn't good for us
