Bears W = Bears 9-3 and Eagles 8-4
Eagles W = Eagles 9-3 and Bears 8-4 (8-3-1 Packers move up to 1st Place in the NFC North)

8-4 49ers (who are the current 7th Seed) have a tiebreaker (not sure which one at the moment) over the Bears, so they would fall to the 7th Seed as a result.

The Eagles are hard to watch, even when they are playing well its tough to sit through. When they are playing poorly its unwatchable.
