All the examples you gave have on thing in common: a group in a situation of power compared to another group creating a buffer class to separate itself from the group below.

Black people are not in that situation.

In countries where there are large black people interacting with other groups, black people are at the bottom. So the buffer group strategy doesn't apply here. You don't apply the buffer class strategy against yourself. It's a strategy aimed at maintaining your hegemony.

Most of the history doesn't matter when the last few hundred years is wind financial power was gained and then this so-called buffer class was created after.
