Start small if you have family or friends and someone has a business idea help support them and play a position. Not everyone is meant to be bosses but look at the oppurtunity to put people on attributing wealth. First thing we think of is starting our own business doing it on are own when you need to share a vision and understand that.

Thats because blacks have been brainwashed into believing they are black. Blacks ares not monolithic. They are diverse as the countries in africa. Different xenotype, habits, thoughts, movements, psychological . Its like lumping all asians together as one race. Look at asians and see the vast differences in habits , instinct, survival, drive, community etc

We have a Little Africa here and it looks to be thriving even with all the different countries represented. I own a small building here and one tenant is a Somali immigration assistance office. This area used to be predominantly Asian but half the Asian businesses closed and African businesses moved in.
