I would say the U.K. and Sweden are the most open. The U.K primarily because parts of London are run by the mandem. London is minority white Brit.

don't forget germany...i was in Colonge last year. great people..very progessive (oddly enough considering their past).

Another thing I will throw out here. Alan Ryan was murdered in 2012. I went to the same gym and boxing club as him. The media despised him and he took them to court for slander relentlessly. He told non white kids here that they were as Irish as anyone. We are not a race, but a people.
