they wanted Meach and his brother. homie broke it down pretty good too. I'm willin to let this one go. :yeshrug:

His out was the music label as well to explain his situation to the Judge after reading his explanation. Makes sense.

And they probably squeezed him to give up Meech and T and he got a sweetheart deal.

they had plenty on Meach and T already tho. :francis:

Not saying 100% he couldn't have snitched but claiming he didn't know due to only fukkin with Meach with the record label shyt and not knowing the trap part of Meach hustle saved him from doing the same time others got. Not unreasonable IMO.

Bleu Davinci Denies Cooperation; Explains Sentencing

:patrice:

May not have snitched. Thought Bleu had priors. 5 years for a first time offender who isn't the leader/kingpin doesn't sound that ridiculous. :yeshrug:
Tell All [N]ot later than the time of the sentencing hearing, the defendant has truthfully provided to the Government all information and evidence the defendant has concerning the offense or offenses that were part of the same course of conduct or of a common scheme or plan, but the fact that the defendant has no relevant or useful other information to provide or that the Government is already aware of the information shall not preclude a determination by the court that the defendant has complied with this requirement, 18 U.S.C. Β§ 3553(f)(5).54 At one time the most heavily contested safety valve prerequisite, Section 3553(f)(5) requires full disclosure on the part of the defendant. As in the case of the other prerequisites, the defendant here bears the burden of establishing his qualification for safety valve relief.55 The requirement extends not only to information concerning the crime of conviction, but also to information concerning other crimes that β€œwere part of the same course of conduct or of a common scheme or plan,” including uncharged related conduct.56 Neither Section 3553(f) nor the Sentencing Guidelines explain what form the defendants’ full disclosure must take. At least one court has held that under rare circumstances disclosure through the defendant’s testimony at trial may suffice.57 Most often the defendant provides the information during an interview with prosecutors or by a proffer. The defendant must disclose the information to the prosecutor, however. Disclosure to the probation officer during preparation of the presentence report is not sufficient.58 Moreover, a defendant does not necessarily qualify for relief merely because he has proffered a statement and invited the prosecution to identify any additional information it seeks; for β€œthe government is under no obligation to solicit information from a defendant.” 59 The defendant must provide the government with all the relevant information in his possession.60 And, he must do so β€œno later than the time of the sentencing hearing.” 61 Information offered after the sentencing hearing does not qualify,62 although information offered following appellate remand for resentencing and prior to the resentencing hearing may qualify.63 On the other hand, past lies do not render a defendant ineligible for relief under the truthful disclosure criterion of the safety valve, although they may undermine his credibility.64

Here is the "Tell All" criteria to qualify for a safety valve. You don't have to give them new information however you do have to confirm and tell them everything not only on your charges but also other charges. Alot of people consider safety valves and proffers as snitching because you're making an actual statement confirming the crimes even the ones you aren't charged with. That statement can then be used in court against your co-defendants. Typical "non-snitching" plea agreements aren't used in court because the defendant is only admitting to their role and their crimes. They aren't confirming anyone else's role or crimes.

Apparently Bleu told them them about secret compartments in a limo with $1 million cash and guns in it.

The same fool that was mad that Jeezy said β€œwhat’s BMF, BMF the label? I made songs with those guys” is not mad that he told the feds about where the guns and money were at :mjlol:

From what I’ve read he said what they already had already included in Meech’s sentencing. But not from the perspective of reading the news but his perspective.

Nah that's a rat. Giving information they already know is just a confirmation. Confirming anything helps the feds..

This is why the make you do the allocutiion in court.

Rules of the streets :yeshrug:,

Same with Lil Cease. Feds had Lil Kim on tape clear as day and still made Cease identify who she was, and he got called a rat for that :mjlol:
