i'm on episode 4, and i'm impatient.... do they ever explain:
how that choi was strong as shyt and lived after getting stabbed up and tossed put the god damn building :dead:

Yeah. It's explained in ep.4.
Choi was strong because he used to be a goon himself and had a strong team of knifers. Kim Myeong-gil says a lot of gangs were afraid of Choi and co. back in the day because he wiped out rivals.

As for the stabbing I guess they were none fatal stabs :yeshrug:, the dumpster broke his fall and his assistant was still around to help him escape.

I'm happy to see it's getting renewed, but they need to clean up some things because it's clear the quality dipped when the actress Kim Sae Ron (the granddaughter) had to leave. Anyway, def going to watch season 2 because the action in this show was too good

I agree that she's only 22 and nobody got harmed. However, they take that stuff seriously in Korea and Japan. Also in Korea, they're extra hard on women because male entertainers have gotten away with worse, but she's public enemy #1 there. Her career might be done there, but it goes to show you how different cultures can be because over here it's just a slap on the wrist. I don't think she should be canceled like this, and it does suck you can tell they had to change everything up with the last 2 episodes. The director did her a solid leaving her in though because she was supposed to be recast
