TYRONE GA!
Pretty much any console is gonna sell out of its initial shipment.

Nintendo should be able to have more on the market than anyone else cause the hardware is old af and easy to come by.

PS5 would have sold 6 mill if they could have manufactured that many.

nikkaz out here selling 10 plus year old mobos/processors with their hardware

Wii U had a big launch too :manny:

GameCube had a big launch too

N64 had a massive Christmas 1997

All three had disappointing sales overall
Wii U did not have a big launch. It was mediocre at best: How Successful Was The Wii U Launch? - IGN

The Gamecube and N64 failed to carry the momentum from their launches, but that was because of deep self-inflicted wounds (cartridge/mini-disc format, lack of third party support, etc.)..those blind spots aren't there this time. If you guys seriously think the Switch 2 is going to be a Wii U/NGC/N64 style disappointment sales-wise, you're not watching the market.

I’ve followed Nintendo for decades history says they’re incapable of having two massive successes back to back for their home consoles. They scraped by the skin of their teeth with the snes even though they ended up winning that gen. They have a massive brand loyalty as always but this is the most negative press they’ve gotten in years. It won’t be a Wii U or GameCube disaster but it’ll be a disappointment.

Yup, beyond the initial hype, it’s gonna be a hard sale to upgrade for just a few games.

People will still be buying OG switch for years to come.
