LOL, I was just messing with folks. I have nothing against drinking if done in moderation. But Alcohol and Tobacco has ruined more lives than Marijuana. The New Law still states smoking in Public is illegal but you can now basically smoke in the comfort of your own home. I think they need to stop the B.S. and just legalize it but for a New Yorker, this is basically legal now. Let's see if these punk cops follow the rules now. I'm glad they had a press conference and held up the amount you can have.

It is but its' a FACT. Marijuana has ZERO recorded overdoses. Where as Alcohol has drunk driving and alcohol posioings. Tabacco has Lung Cancer and tons of other health complications:
