I'm the logo on the Dallas cowboy helmet.
The star, and I'm not about to sit back and just keep rhyming one syllable
. AUH!
Switch it up, and watch them haters not give it up 'cause ya just not good enough.
Well I'm not giving up til I get my respect, and I won't stop til I get enough,
'cause I'm not living up to my own expectations.
AUH!
That hater alarm is sounding off, that Obama took the bomb from my name. AUH!
So quit crying that I took your dame, homie she's my dame
. AUH!

You are microcosm of what the fukk I am on the mic.
I am awesome and you are just
AUH! struck. She's love stricken.
She's got her jaw stuck, from sucking my dikk.
AUH!:huhldup fukk.

You're white aren't you

everyone focusin on the impact and allat but lesbehonest, this is one of the most overhated albums and mostly because it was a huge album and its hov

album isn't even that bad musically, first 9 songs are all great, theres not a below average song until track 10, and even thats aight, and then after that theres the great pharrell track and a great hook by Cudi. Only duds on the album are some of the experimental timbo tracks which by the way were basically the blueprint for what he just laid down for the biggest album of 2013

albums an 8/10 regardless, the influence and impact easily push it to classic status :obama:

It's funny how the threadstarter conveniently mentions everything but the quality of the music as a whole. HE mentions 5 or so good songs and just happens to forget that the rest of the music on that album was very forgettable. A classic is not classic because of whatever impact it had outside of the music alone. A classic also has to have timeless, memorable tracks for most of the album. BP3 is not a classic, not even close. I hate to agree with ROFL, but if BP3 is classic, then so is Recovery.

No matter what.... Nas, Wayne, and Em stans can't stay out of Jay-Z threads. It always end up with more of them in it than actual Hov stans.

The Coli is just one of a kind, I tell you. :smugbiden:

Classic timeless tracks? ESOM will be hot forever breh. New York ain't got anyone to represent from the top except Jigga. Once he steps down, no one will be talking about NY.

Recovery is a Jimmy Iovine album with Eminem features :scusthov:

BP3 elevated Hov to the center of global conspiracy theories, more of a superstar than Obama, and basically everything was all about Hov from 09-10

:lawd:

BP3 put Hov on another level :wow:

Everyone knows that Empire State of Mind is a classic. But one undeniable classic track does not make a classic. Cherry pick any classic album. Any one. And look at its track list and count how many dope ass, timeless tracks are on there as opposed to average/bad ones. They all have predominantly great tracks. BP3 has a bad ratio of great to average/bad tracks. It's a very average album. You can't just catapult it to timeless classic because it had Empire State of Mind and POSSIBLY started trends. Be objective breh.

Yes BP3 made history by winning the most grammy's for a rap album (6). Yes he broke Elvis Record with this album. Yes ESOM is a Classic song and will be remembered forever. Yes all of us old head love how Jay smacked up this generation with "D.O.A." But this album is far from Classic. 3.5 MICS at best. It's the worst in the BP series, even BP2 is better and a lot of people felt that album was weak. Jay was coasting lyrically on BP3, the production was all over the place. Yes there's hot songs but there's also some terrible songs like "Hate" that Ye and Jay should be ashamed of themselves. BP3 is one of Jay's weakest albums despite it's success. Post-Retirement, it's the weakest album. American Gangster put it to shame and yes I even liked "Kingdom Come" better.

5 stars off the dedication it took to troll at that level and it half-way making sense :lawd:

But nah, to call this a classic would be a slight to the past work of Jay himself.
