Marley is definitely not overrated. You can give a bunch the edge on him vocally, and maybe a couple lyrically but as far as the whole package, catalog, stage show etc, he's unfukkwitable. Mixed or not. Only people I've hear say this are over analytical Reggae snobs. Same cats who would say Marvin Gaye or 2Pac are overrated
