2. Overrated means your excessively credited for talents you don't have. No one would disagree that other Reggae artists(especially Bunny and Peter) don't get the attention and acclaim that Bob does but this is no different from Pac, Hendrix, Lennon, Miles, etc. It's called being an icon.
