When I did my prison stretch I was young and uninterested in anything legal. My dad did try to fight to get my shyt overturned to a juvenile conviction, because in NC they have the option to begin charging you as an adult at like 13, at least they used to. And I was three days into 17 when I went up, and they hit me as an adult and never backed off it...

Even if I was interested I probably couldn't have changed it because initially I had like 18 charges and that's probably why they stayed with the adult charges. But the cases got consolidated for conviction and they could went juvenile...

Situations after that, I had multiple situations where I was never arrested or charged for things I was investigated for. I've mentioned on here prior, the one time I was ever locked up for shooting someone or guns, I went hard at the law library to get off that case, but that was also because I had the cloud of a potential federal case and other charges with that. I was also 25 at that time and more experienced in the culture so I knew better than to just sit and let my case decide itself...

The fed case never came because it didn't need to but at the time I was threatened with it and shook, I was in that library every day I could go taking notes ...

I never fukked with anyone else's case, never had the interest to. You do have jail lawyers though, but even in hindsight, you NEVER know the ins and outs of another man's case. Even in the rarity that guy shares his discovery and verbal info with you, you never know everything. It's best to leave other people to fight they own case if you're in their with them, you trying to fight your own...

Now out here on the outside is a different story but I don't think that's where my calling is!

What I will say is, for people unfamiliar with that lifestyle, this sounds like he's incriminating himself but he isn't. First of all, it likely isn't a secret to law enforcement that he's popped people, and second of all, it's easy to talk about the lifestyle without fear of law enforcement regardless, because depending on how long ago something was, it may be past the statute of limitations, and even if it's within that window, all you have to do is omit specific information that would tie to a specific crime...

Third of all, especially for regular dudes like me who aren't celebrity rappers, it's difficult to find an outlet to talk about your journey thru the streets when you aren't living that way any more. You talk about it the same way people talk about anything else in their lives, but there's alot of ridicule and stigma from multiple angles attached to expressing that part of your life. Just this little snippet here, I feel him...

Talking about your lifestyle in the streets isn't self-snitching unless you're still active and talking about your current movements, which alot of guys do. And these comments aren't directed towards you so much as everyone appalled by him mentioning he sold drugs and shot people...

To your second quote though, that's . And from the snippet it doesn't sound like he's glorifying himself so much as expounding in a conversation between he and the interviewer, but mentally undeveloped nikkas will hear this and go crash out trying to mimic Bobby...

I came up in the 2000s; I didn't experience prior eras so can't speak on them. But in the 21st century there aren't many dudes walking around with multiple bodies on them; people on here have thus impression that there's an overload of cats with mad bodies on the street and that isn't the case...

It's believable that he's shot several people because I've shot several people. I doubt someone gets to 13 drops though without a kill, I didn't shoot that many people and didn't kill anyone, so if he shot 13 people I'm sure he flatlined someone. But of course, that's if we believe he's telling the truth....myself personally, I have no reason to doubt him but I'm also not intimately aware of his story besides surface shyt and street dudes put extras on shyt all the time...
