Its a state case, but I think it's a pretty tight one....NY State is a real different then westcoast.....A case like this would likely be federal out here.

:mjlol: and as those guys are killing and robbing you i'm sure your cries of "but we're brothas :damn:" will cause them to spare you as a victim.
Your reading comprehension is lacking Sambo:umad:
I know it would be frowned upon if massa caught you reading so I won't give you a hard time for it

it's pretty disgusting to belittle your ancestors by making fun of laws that kept them enslaved and oppressed. yet you're supposed to be arguing against white supremacy
But it's not disgusting to belittle your ancestors by praising a justice system that locks black men up for twice the time for the same crime, right:patrice:?
I've pretty much rewritten my first post in here like three or four times, either you're being willfully obstinate and this conversation is pointless, or you're an idiot and this conversation is pointless. Either way I'm done here
Go buy some reader rabbit CDs I ain't got time for this bullshyt:mjlol:

:dame: these are fed charges breh...they give you a deal...you take that.

Conviction rate for the feds is like 99%
You don't just take a deal cause it was offered. You negotiate a deal. I thought I read that these was federal charges, but they're being prosecuted by nyc narcotics divison.

Bobby shmruda is basically charged with weed and a gun and some bogus conspiracy shyt. Why would he take 8 years for that.
people think conspiracy is some bullshyt charge..

nikkas can go to jail off "motive" and "intent"

by placing you at crime scenes using phone convos, text, cards you swipe, who you associate with etc. Same shyt they do with people planning a terrorist act, just lesser degree.

but when they were making music glorifying their crimes you were enjoying it

fucc outta here with that self righteous bullshyt

Real talk most of us were under the preface of it being entertainment. I had no clue what I was listening to was a cohesive detailed statement of all the illegal activity he and all of his friends were partaking in..(literally)

When I listened to Bodies in The Trunk from Nas/Nore while it's a great song I knew it was entertainment.. I didn't think for one second Nas and Nore ever rode around NYC with bodies in the trunk.

As the sentences begin to roll out I know those boys feel some type of way when they hear that song.

Ask me if I enjoy the song now? I don't, it feels awkward. It's something I listen to and shake my head at... It's a sad representation of what so many of our youth are struggling with today...

If you're still enjoying the song than yeah you've got real issues..

Some dudes are just going to lose. Two kids can grow up in the same household - one becomes a millionaire businessman and the other ends up in prison for murder. It's not all about your environment but also what is inside of you.
Yes this happens but sometimes the millionaire was fortunate enough not to get caught. You can't excuse murder and violence but a lot of us grow up with terrible role models.

Bobby Shmurda's father is already in jail for the rest of his life and apparently his family were the ones supplying the guns. At what point does a child learn right from wrong? When he gets 100 years for doing what everyone else around him does?

My brother's keeper
Lol @ the caping like dude would have batted an eye to take any one of us off this planet. Pick the gotdamn battles to fight. If it was a one off case in the heat of the moment, sure, but dude had 22 counts against him, he wasn't out there playing around and stumbled into a bad situation.

This wasn't a matter of him not knowing right or wrong, he chose a street that he KNEW would end in prison or the grave..
